A HEALTHY TEA RECIPE OF, MY GRANDMOTHER

Hi, friends today I am going to share with you, “A HEALTHY TEA RECIPE OF MY GRANDMOTHER”. So first fall I would like to tell you about the benefits of this tea.
  • It reduces fatigue.
  • It reduces laziness.
  • It relieves cold & cough.
  • It gives you freshness.
  • It keeps you fit & agile.


So now I am going to tell you about the important ingredients of this recipe-
1 glass – water
  • 4/5 basil – leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon – honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon – lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt


How to make –
Put the kettle on the gas to heat up and then pour a glass of water. After boiling the water, add 4/5 leaves of basil, half a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of salt in it. Cover the kettle and let it boil for while. After some time, when the tea boil well, take it out in 1 cup and mix half a teaspoon of lemon juice in it, your tea is ready.......
